Ever hear of the old Indian weather stick? You put it in your back yard and keep an eye on it. If it's wet, it's raining; if it's white, it's snowing. Cramer's a bit like that. He'll tell you to get out of a stock after it's lost half its value; he'll tell you to get into a stock after it's reached new highs. Is he right about JDSU going further down? Maybe yes, maybe no. My guess is that he has told us all to sell pretty close to the bottom, and at some point down the road the stock will reach $100 again and he'll tell us it's time to buy. I could be wrong, of course. It will be fun to watch.
