I have NOT cancelled my QCharts account, I am paid up on it, and I am just waiting now for the new error message which says: "You are a valued QCharts subscriber ... and you are screwed."

I'm getting the same 997 "account canceled" error message. Maybe that's just a prescient call on their part <VBG>.

I think it's time to start a new thread titled "Qcharts sucks" so that SI searches will warn off prospective subscribers. Something has to be done to pressure these people into getting their act together.
