Arno: I have been trying that for the past few hours. I have gone through several passwords they mailed to me now. Same problem. I have even signed up a new account (and naturally it took the credit card with no problem whatsoever) ... but the "new" account also does not log on. And I have changed its password. What a joke this Lycos company has turned QCharts into. What a shame. Somebody should be fired for this, but of course they won't be. They have our money. They are unbelievable.
