Now that I have got you on the line, so to speak, what is your latest thinking about BELW?

I gather that one way of looking at it is that the company's price is being held down by its having hedged most of its production at very low prices, but that its gas holdings make it a very attractive takeover candidate. Is that how you see it?

I don't own any yet. Just got my attention drawn to it by that Barron's piece.

I see that BELW has been discussed a good bit on the thread. Since I am only a part-time investor I can only keep in mind about 20 oil/gas companies.

I guess I still would like to know if you have any opinion as to the likelihood of a buyout. I think the State of California would be well advised to buy it, myself.
