There's the language. And it looks like I skimmed over this and promptly forgot about it, thinking that the possibility was slight at the time (when GNSL was more than twice the current level). A regular problem this, as I've been reading so many on behalf of Trickle.

You folks are certainly right about the terms, actually, but I contend it's not a huge negative if one is buying at these prices.

What I don't get is how PKI can have all these purchase agreements. What happens if one of the stockholders sells to someone else on the open market before any of this happens? I don't see any language enjoining that. What happens to the purchase agreement? If I buy GNSL stock, will an attorney from PKI be calling? That's the strangest part to me, but I'm probably missing something on that issue, too.

I'll try to dig more thoroughly, but it'll be a while.
