Rich, if you want to justify today, a capitalization of $60 MM, it usually means that you have good visibility that $6 MM in profits in the next five years will be exceeded wildly (that is a PE of 10 on earnings fie years down the road, no "value investor", will touch this, of course). To do that, a lot of money will have to be poured into this shell. More money means more dilution and lower prices, followed, by you guessed, another reverse split.
