My cousin called today, his mother, my aunt died yesterday. I haven't seen her in 16 years, I'm kind of the black sheep.

Nice way to spend Christmas Eve, making funeral arrangements. They always have a big Christmas dinner with 20 or so family members. That's gonna be one strange meal with mama on the slab waiting to move to the marble orchard the next day.
