A.L., I'm not sure I understand what you mean here. When you have the time, could you clarify these statements a little bit for me? thanks.

EXTR is a long, long way from hitting the P/E shrinking roadblocks of large numbers or overwhelming market share.

That being said, prudent holders need to know when to hit the sell button the next time valuation metrics on EXTR get wacky.


I have no position in EXTR at the time, but would likely short it again before going long right now in this environment. Especially if the stock moves up considerably in the coming week.

P.S. P/E is banging on the door again at close to 200.

I grabbed some EXTR yesterday at $39 and immediately wrote Jan 50 CC's for an even $4.

10% premium up front on an OTM CC aint too shabby....if called in 3 weeks at $50, that is 38% gain for 3 weeks....if not called, will just write again.

Good move, bad move....opinions anyone ?

Anyone else using EXTR as CC Vehicle.
