From the chart, I think there will be another dip. I don't know where the bottom is. There is an article in Sunday's SJ Mercury News. It's about the similarity between this year's crash and that in 1929. Back then, it was the automobile. I think the internet will be just as ubiquitous as cars but there will only be a few survivers. One problem the author sited is the cash shortage in telecom industry. A few days ago, a LU president was saying the telcos are spending more than they can get back. It's kind of true. After all these years, among thousands of ISP's, there is only one profitable.
