Sure. When can we buy one?

It is still vapor. It will be vapor until folks can
buy them. Yes, many are developing for them but being
under development isn't interesting. Shipping product
is. The ship date has slipped so often in the
last year... here is one for you that took all of a
minute to find:

Hmmm.. since that article ran August 22, 2000 and it was
an Intel spokeswoman, what happened? We still can't buy
them. We've been duped so often over the last 2 years
the trade press has grown stone cold on Itanium as they
have had fantasy after fantasy told to them about Itanium.
