Its Hard For A Company To Make Any Type Of Long Term Capital Expenditure

when they have no idea about the price of their stock in six weeks, not to mention six years.

The dot coms expected to be able to go back to the well and the well way dry. No big deal - a few extra used servers on the market.

Now we are seeing major companies limiting their
CapEx due to concerns about their ability to raise the funds in the future as necessary. While this is very prudent it also is very troublesome in terms of the health of the economy.
