John, The only thing better than a small fortune-is a bigger fortune- so get cracking, ha! Joe Dancy and I do a little newsletter called the Lonestar Growth Investor Newsletter for the last four years.

Our basic theory is that the Internet "leveled the playing field" to a large degree for swapping investment useful information. We cannot out day trade professionals; however we can share information on trends and companies to our benefit such as here on our Thread....

Sorry to hear about your daughter's illness- Been down that path myself so I know where you are coming from....I'll say a prayer to the Great Healer for her....

Now talking more oil & gas figures, I am reading an article by Denise Bode a member of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission tonight. She notes that US oil production has declined by 20% in 10 years- That is equivalent to 10,000 additional supertankers (not just regular 500,00 bpd tankers mind you but 2,000,000 bbl dreadnoughts) unloading at US ports to meet demand.

In addition Ms. Bode estimates that we need 2,000 rigs running in order to replace NG reserves and also obtain sufficient new reserves to cover increased NG demand (I see in thius week's US rig count that 862 rigs now are drilling for NG)....
