Aloha,

First of all by reading this thread, or any other thread for that matter, I wouldn't guess that there is bullish sentiment left in this market at all :)
MDD thread is practicaly predicting the end of the world, and even since this thread has started, I'm the only person with moderately bullish opinion.

My main question, is why are you expecting this market to go lower ?

Aloha, a strong bounce to 3200-3500 will definitely catch many off guard, especially if it is a whipsaw type move...the move on Fri showed surprising strength in the overall index..it also helped that the Naz 100 index has been changed and the weighing is now not as heavily concentrated and that some good companies and potential gorillas have been added

Mr Alhoa

don't get me wrong, I would love to see a rally to 3500, it would allow me to get out of a lot of bad positions, but I dont think we are going to get it

recently I saw a downward sloping Channel for NDX that looked credible to me which showed a top of channel at 2805

the reason that I dont think we get the rally is that everyone but everyone thinks we are due, they also thought we were due at the end of October and the end of November

everyone is talking about Friday's rally as the cornerstone of the reversal - the only problem is that this is about the third one of these we have had, and none so far have resulted in much more than a two day rally

I surely hope that I am wrong, but at the moment I dont think so

Bob
