anybody else think we have a good potential for 20 or 30% upside here? i mean hot and heavy bear spike for a couple of weeks: a 'lethal injection rally.' lots of bears getting public voice now, maybe not complete capitulation last week, but a damn fine blow-off bottom, promise of easy-al arriving on horseback at any moment, and lots of built up pressure on the bull-side for the non- arrival of the santa claus/post election/year-end rally. why do i feel so cheerful in the face of national disaster? perverse, i guess. took 20% of my total cash out on a date tues. morn: we met such former notables as yhoo, egrp, orcl, exds, iah (good thing you covered that short!), and even caught a couple of percent upside in the aft. love to think i could take 25% off the top and bail. lol, don. p.s. can gold and the mkt. go up together? hmmm...
