Sergio:
Thanks for looking into SBL and OPMR for me. Thanks to Joe too. I have not had much time tonight for research. The boys and their families just left as they both have "in-laws" to spend the day with for Xmas day. I works out well as the bride and I can be couch creatures for the day with no commitments. <GGGG>

The ADM article gives me reason to suspect the motive of the writer. Way too long and way too down beat for someone that is supposed to be un bias. ADM continues to make 52 week highs, though well below past highs. I really don't care what happened in 1970 with the Andreas family. I do care that the company has survived for over 40 years though thick and thin...how they survived is basically the way that many companies have survived, being tough and taking advantage of any and all situations.

The thing that really caught my eye is that CalPers, of all enities, would be raising their hackles about "immoral". Being a 30 member of CalPers I can relate to "immoral".

Last year CalPers netted well over a billion dollars of profit from "their" investments. This year my take of that billion dollars will be less than 50k...there are just over 1MM people in CalPers...do the math. LOL. Some how I don't feel like I'm getting a very good return on a 30 years investment as compared to "their" 1 year. Now that is immoral!!
