Mike, the one thing the bears may know is that flash memory is highly cyclical and we seem to be heading south again. Just check out what is happening to the industry's bellwether, Atmel, an old put favorite of mine, which looks like a mirror image of SSTI stock. Flash has peaked. Whether SSTI's niche has peaked is another question. I would be scared to death if the stock were at 30 times eps. But, at the current price, my guess is you only have about 50% downside even if the worst occurs. Also, plenty of the crapola that flash goes into was sold this Xmas season and plenty will be sold in the after Xmas discounts. That could provide temporary support to the stock price.
