Hey Mike!!... Gotta a coupla more 'plane plungers" for ya... Never before have I heard so many stories about people falling out of the sky. I don't know what it is a sign of but it must mean something. Goes with the times. I find the insane an interesting indicator of what is going on: The former Beatle George Harrison is planning another album and told friends that he is thinking of calling it "Your Planet is Doomed, Volume One." Harrison believes that "the world is going mental as far as I'm concerned. It's speeding up with the whole technology and everything that's happening." The British government seems to agree. They are planning on making sweeping changes to their mental health system to prepare for outbreaks of the deranged and to better help those in need now. The plan is to shut down most of their mental homes and centralize their operations in one massive facility in the middle of England that can house 10's of thousands of people. From all descriptions it will be something like a combination of a jail and a college campus. Some activists for the mentally ill believe that this facility will criminalize mental illness. Whatever the case, this facility will be a lasting monument to Tony Blair and his "Third Way" policies.
