That's why I don't have a position in JDSU. It's akin to opening a letter from Muammar el-Qaddafi.

Could be a check, could blow my head off.

That's why I avoid it. There is an element of investing which is foreign, or maybe just new, to JDSU shareholders here. It's called: Risk.
