Capitulation doesn't only mean weak holders throwing in the towel. It also means that investors are losing their convictions to make investment decisions and be able to pull the trigger on quality companies when they are so beaten down. To me, this is presenting an opportunity of a lifetime. I smell the fear. This is good. This is when bottoms are formed. Are we at that bottom? Who knows - no one has a crystal ball. But this market is quickly eliminating those who should never have been in the market in the first place. We'll all see in one year if the world has gone to hell in a hand basket based on all the negativity being spoken about everywhere. I highly doubt it. Folks, it's time to start your engines and smartly scale in at these prices. Good luck all. jmanvegas
