OJ, the index was published in Barron's of this week, page MW11, they printed a graph of the NASDAQ 100 versus the VIXN which is the volatility of the NAZ.

Keep in mind that OEX - VIX is a different animal from NAZ - VIXN, as NAZ is more volatile those days.

I am not sure if IV equals VIX on OEX close to the money option.

Also Less gave a link to NAZ IV (implied volatility) which is now around 68% (quite high) ivolatility.com
