Yeah, it is. Like earning a million dollars is discriminatory. The difference between this and affirmative action is that it is an earned discrimination, not a racially based one.

Not a thing. It was started in 1922 to provide insurance for the farmers of the state of Illinois. It was and is owned by the policy holders.
