What if I told you he might be paid for trashing the stock, would you then still welcome his comments? You sure do like accusing people of securities fraud. Freedom of speech does not give someone the legal right to baselessly accuse others of crimes. (You can only do that with the Internal Revenue Service and the Drug Enforcement Agency.) What's to keep someone from baselessly accusing you and Pat, for instance, of being paid hypes? I don't believe either of you are, of course.
