Depends on the column you're in. If you're in a column of Os and the stock is at 50, goes to 53 and comes back to 50, you will see this reversal. But if it is in a column of Os, the stock goes to 53, there will be a new column of Xs. But if the stock comes back and falls below 50 to 49 within the same 5 minute period, the column of Xs will be erased because in the continuation preferred mode QPnf will try to extend the current column and that happens to be down. So instead you'll have the column of Os extended.
