Don't insult my intelligence. I have typed in the same password for six months without fail.

I have tried numerous times today and all I receive is a message stating "account not found". I have not received any notification that my password was changed.

Yes, I've tried both old and new password. I've checked that my caps lock is in the correct state, I've double-checked the spelling, the computer is plugged in, etc... sheesh

Something is wrong on *your end (Quote.com's site) not with me.

Joe

I'm getting that error message when trying to fire up QCharts, too.

I know I'm using the correct loginID/password combo because I can log onto the website with exactly that combo.

And forget about calling in about it. Many busy signals, then when I finally got through, it routed me to a menu that said to press "1" for support, then after I did so, it told me that "1" isn't a valid option.

Not sure that it beats waiting on hold for 40+ minutes, but at least it's *different*.
