No more shorting for Cramer. Nah, he'll just buy puts and sell calls. I think he's a good and interesting writer, and his putrid conflicts of interest made his columns a must-read, but I also think he's an egocentric megalomaniac (half his columns are about........... Cramer!). He desperately needs a prescription for Valium and something for his attention deficit disorder. I guess it's too much to ask for him to just shut up and go away. Maybe no one will care what he has to say now that he doesn't run a hedge fund. His specialty was reading and interpreting the minute by minute, and firing out 10 or 12 columns a day. Now he's no longer unique, just another talking head. Like a crazed leprachaun on speed.

If this is the source of your investment inspiration, you've made a bad decision. He is too dimwitted to understand the difference in reactions.

"I know it is stupid and irrational, but nobody gets mad when you tout when you are long and everybody gets mad when you bash and are short. I used to argue that was a ridiculous dichotomy, ..."

It is much more difficult to jampack a movie theater by selling expensive tickets to an academy award winning picture than it is to empty out the theater with the simple cry of fire...Fire....FIRE
