Tom,glad to hear you had a nice Holiday.. Have my inlaws for Christmas..(Mother and sister in laws..) Dinner for 23 Xmas eve..Rich1 made Emeril's Prime Rib with Horseradish root crust(Unbelieveably great) and Emerils Christmas Trifle(Coconut custard pudding, fresh whipped cream macaroons soaked in Quantrea, rasberries and strawberries)..YUM.. He has a great Christmas Cookbook(Emeril) suggest anyone interested to buy it..
