I have to mention another complaint regarding this logon problem. I've tried numerous times to call Quote.com, it's 10:40am Central now, and I CANNOT get anyone to answer. I've tried pressing all the pertinent options for what I need (billing or customer service). All I get is the message "we are open PST from 8am to blah blah blah".

Nice service guys - NOT. What is the deal here?????
