More like co-Banana. As far as I'm concerned, they both need to earn their legitimacy on the job, as do all the other presidents. Although, most others had higher expectations. Even Clinton had much higher expectations because of his age and his expansive social agenda.

Dear Flabjack: He's legitimate to me!! I am really enthused over the cabinet picks so far and the obvious EFFICIENCY of his VP in this matter. Anyone remember how long Clinton stumbled around in the beginning? Looks to me as though Cheney is going to pull a major role in this admin. and its going to be run like a big Corporation with ACCOUNTABILITY!! Having served on a "MiniGrace" Commission myself for Palm Beach County some time ago, I am RELIEVED to see ACCOUNTABILITY. JDN
