Ridiculous. I haven't seen anyone arguing for demolib capitulation. Point out the post where I did so. I expect Daschle and the other demolibs to do their thing. That's how a two party system is expected to work. However, diminishing the legitimacy of the Bush Presidency engenders further disrespect for the rule of law, a situation which has developed over the last eight years to the point of being dangerous to our Republic. The Supreme Court has ruled. End of story. JLA

I was particularly pleased to see that the NAACP will oppose Ashcroft's nomination as attorney general Big deal...won't matter a bit. NAACP is just a minor branch of the DNC now, so no biggie.
