that depends on how much additional CB supply can be enticed out of the vaults. i suspect there's not much left to entice, as a lot has been lent out. according to Chris Thompson of GOLD people would be shocked if they knew how little bullion is left in the vaults, and i believe he's right. however, i'm loath to put a figure on your question...the market's simply not transparent enough. one can only guess/speculate, and one thing i'm certain of is that the would-be cornerer would be ordered to cease and desist by the authorities real quick.
