I use xdrive myself but have not downloaded the desktop application. Is there any kind of xdrive browser involved? If so, start internet explorer, go to View, Internet Options and select the Programs tab. Make sure the message "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser" is checked. If not, then check it. Click okay and close Internet Explorer. I searched but and nothing else. If no one else comes up with any info maybe you can email xdrive support or just uninstall xdrive and see if the problem clears up

hcm, I have no solution, but the same thing happened on a relative's pc with IE4 installed: clicking on a link inside
a Yahoo e-mail did nothing. I did not pursue it. She does not have xdrive.
