Reverse split seldom wins unless it is way above the $1 border line. It has to be done when the company has good prospect to improve its fortunes.

MSEL could be better off as a bulletin board stock, until their sales start to improve and margin too. They can then reapply for Nasdaq qualification. Anyway, Nasdaq has not been strict on delisting as I explained many times.
