Since the summer of 1999. Do you have any thoughts about the company they acquired this month? Perhaps they were buying management skills as well as the company. Just a guess.

I am glad they found something to do with the cash from the secondary. It didn't make sense for it to just sit there.

Mike

I still follow the stock but I sold my position a couple months ago.

As far as the VG acquisition, they seem to be a pretty nice fit. OBAS had a CC on it and were projecting 60-70% growth on a yearly basis. There's still a ton of questions about the buyout that OBAS hasn't answered yet but they said at the CC there would be a news release about that in Dec.....I'm still waiting. During the CC they said that Media Gateway was being well received but so far they've only announced one deal with a small company. They also said there's a one time charge of $10M followed by a recurring charge of $4M per quarter acquisition charges. What a difference a the market makes.... OBAS is trading around the same price as when I first bought into it in June of 98! I still see it as a good company but they have a ways to grow. I've got more questions than answers about this one.
