Hi Jim, Thanks for the interesting perspectives on the natural gas situation. Dicey, eh? Here's something that might interest some on the thread. Richard Rhodes is one of my favorite authors (The Making of the Atomic Bomb, Dark Sun) and he did a piece in Foreign Affairs last January that I've only now found out about. All about one of the most maligned energy solutions in the world. And yet, if we look at facts and disregard vehement emotionalism, could well be the best solution to many of the short term problems we are experiencing in the energy markets: c-n-t-a.com From much of what I've read about France's stellar nuclear safety record, about the irrationality of the fears of many consumers, and the clear environmental superiority of nuclear power, I'd say it's time to re-jigger the popular mythologies about this technology.
