SL - This years sales which are just about done should be about $500m. the market cap is about $1b so the price to sales is 2 not 3 and next year even less.

As I recall it management have forecast $2.6 eps for cal 01. There are 90m shares out and so $230m in earings. Looks like about 4-5 times earnings to me.
