Cosmo,

I had two positions in RRC, one at 3 1/2, which I bought in order to trade out at $5. Unfortunately, someone forgot to tell the market, or the market maker. Ratchet down, gulp, ratchet down, gulp. How doggy it seemed as it searched, in vain, for a bottom. My second, and only additional buy was at 1 15/16. I had a GTC order to double it all at 1 1/4, but it never traded there, at least it never traded there for me. I had a limited appetite for this one, especially during its downdraft, but in the end it treated me correctly, so that's all that matters. Leave them laughing when you go.

Now I had a much bigger appetite for SMOP and bought just about everything I own at an average of 3 1/8. I don't personally plan on holding it through the merger, just until the discount narrows to 6~7% or so ($4.40?), which I figure will arrive sometime during Valentine's month.

Nice action on GLBL today, I just need a couple more points to get me out of GLBL Mar calls at my price. Mebbe tomorrow? Jan 02 MRL calls (WIM) also, but they need to ride another 4-5 points higher. As the old song goes, Time is on my side.

Hoo-law, what a fine day for those patient enough to have held (or added!!) when OSX drifted down and touched 95 a few days ago.

(Incidentally, it is a "chihuahua," hombre. Just because the "h" is silent, doesn't mean you can forget it. An onest day's work is 8 ours long, par example.)
