after he cuts all of our income tax
rates, I'd encourage you to go ahead
and pay the higher income tax rate
that would have been present with Gore...

You could calculate the difference, and
I think there is a way to make voluntary
contributions to the Treasury to "reduce
the national debt".

This might make you feel a lot better!
You could still pretend that Gore was president!
