My understanding of the law and the warrant agreement is they would be exchanged for a new warrant on PEX's common stock. The number of warrants and the strike price would be adjusted pursuant to the final terms of the merger. Only the number of warrants and the strike price would change, the maturity would remain perpetual.

Actually, I'm surprised PEX didn't tender for the warrants also. Not many companies want to have warrants outstanding that don't have a relatively short maturity date.
