Not so. Conservatives also respect the rule of law. For now at least, abortions are legal, sanctioned by a USSC decision. Many think the decision is wrong, nevertheless, it must be honored unless or until it is reversed by another decision under the rule of law to the contrary. Too bad you demolibs don't care to observe the rule of law unless it benefits your cause.
