Looking at full years, its growth rate has slown markedly.
Looking at ttm, revenue growth is near a standstill relative to the industry and eps growth has turned negative - I guess that's regression rather than growth.

So no, I wouldn't put it in the category of a good growth stock at this time, and especially not in this sector where CSCO, ALA and NT each have better growth stories.

Re price, it's due for a bounce just on general principal especially now that tax loss selling is pretty well over.
Personally, I doubt whether it will hold onto any gains prior to having leading edge products successfully sold and credibly showing growth comparable to the sector leaders.

On the other hand, I really don't see it being cut in half again even should we get a continuing bear market.

But I believe better opportunities exist.
