_everyone_ has at least one gift which makes them useful to a culture or civilization. --It's around $ 9500 here, and $ 14,000 for special ed. I've read that in some jurisdiction here it's costing $ 18,000 for special ed. -- the problem is that in our school system, it appears to me that they never try to help the children find their own gifts. i think it is tragic.
