Hi Andy,

yes, it is time for the 'jubilee party' (i'm serious here). cancel all debts, everywhere, worldwide, all at once.

Of course, this is pretty tough sledding with the World Bank and IMF crowd who are considering such a radical solution, but are certainly not embracing the idea.
