you can not, via abundant supply of cash being stuffed into the stock market,artificially keep it inflated,and the presumption that this can be done will inevitably lead to one of the most tragic monetary fiascos in world history.

yes but the rate of cash flow into 401K's is probably easily calculable. This would make it much easier for large funds to sell at a controlled rate without leading to a panic selloff.
