I enjoy cooking.
It's a complete change from other stuff.

I actually try new recipes all the time.
My whole family knows that they're likely
to be guinea pigs when they come for dinner.:-)

I'm a wiz at risotto. Love it!

I've made all kinds of things, like gnocchi,
pirogi's, Chinese dumplings, stuffed roasts
of various kinds, chicken dishes from fricasse
to hunter style to roasted, parmesan, fried,
and in a bunch of other ways, etc.

For my part in the Christmas Eve feast, I made
roasted squash soup with saffron and almond croutons
and mussels broiled with capers, parmesan and breadcrumb.
