Well, he doesn't add salt at least.:-) When we first got married he was a much better cook than me. I eschewed recipes and had never taken a cooking class. He took a gourmet cooking class and used to make a killer veal chop with port wine sauce. He's promised to make it again one of these days. Jim was the architect of our Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing and did a bang up job. He also wowed my family this Christmas by making Italian fig cookies. My grandmother would have been so proud of him.
