hcm, I wish someone here could help. Maybe tomorrow things will look a bit brighter. BTW, several people here tried N6
and did not like it, even though they liked previous Netscape browsers.

hcm1943, One suggestion you might try is to reinstall Netscape 6 to where it was originally then uninstall it through the control panel. Then just delete those Netscape 6 files that you put into your netscape 4.7 folder. If Netscape 6 overwrote 4.7 files then just backup your emails and bookmarks and delete the whole file and reinstall it. It's worked for me in the past. I'm famous for messing up my computer. As mentioned in the past, thank heavens for Drive Image. It's a life saver

I'll finish uninstalling Xdrive tomorrw morning

I would guess that netscape has assigned itself as your default email program. Installing netscape after IE can cause your hyperlink problem to happen with outlook express so I'm guessing it can do the same with Outlook. I'd hold off uninstalling Xdrive until you reclaim Net6 from the recycle bin. Then cut and paste the netscape6 folder back to it's original position. You should then be able to uninstall it. Try the following steps to reclaim Outlook as your default email client.

Hope this helps
