You might still be able to PM the support guys for help on that individually. They fixed me up in minutes.

Since this cropped up among a lot of folks suddenly, I'm thinking it's caused by a batch process. In my case, it turned out the credit card they'd been billing is one I've closed. Forgot anyone was doing a monthly charge on it.

I think they did a billing this weekend and put all the accounts on hold that had any kind of decline on the transaction.
