Forgot to mention, I do think TOY will sink below $13 due to both bad earnings and the mistake of partnering with amazon.bomb Maybe a short term drop, but a repeat performance of last year @ $10 would be sweet.

mlmpro, i went on the Feb 17.5 puts on
TOY. I wanted to go on the 15 puts, but
the 17.5 put reduces the risk of losing it
all. Even if the stock is @15, i will have some
profit. If the stock goes to 12.5 i will have
150% profit.

mlmpro, though TOY is not one of those hard to borrow ones, the puts on TOY are relatively cheap for some reason. Jan puts just $3 out of the money ($15) are $0.25. Your idea is sound and has the added benefit of allowing you to sleep at night. Remember that allocation still applies and you should assume that your contracts will expire worthless when calculating your allocation.
