Chic, my only answer to you would be I have no fear in here thanks to our good friends over at the Houses. It is very simple with everything being equal. Raise rates high enough and the markets will fall, lower them and the markets will rise. It gets no more difficult than that. Due to the intervening variables such as the election muck etc. etc. things have been delayed for a while. That is why my RMBS is in a lock box and I will trade. v
