Actually, what is INDEX:FFY -- I just found that INDEX:FRY is the French Franc . . . INDEX:FRY doesn't seem to have any charts though, but that just might be one of the more usual problems (I am connected, I have charts on everything else).

I show that tick filtered by the automatic process -- are you still seeing it on a chart? This may be isolated to one server.
